Research into film titles

Similar to 'Dog soldiers', the titles for Van Helsing are metal like, almost like weaponry. Also similar to 'The wolfman' the format of the text is very simple and old English like text style. The title are again accompanied by the full moon in the background. Many conventions are repeating now in the titles like a pattern in the films.





'Dog Soldiers' titles are presented much more violently compared to 'The wolfman'. Solid metal and dog tags used as the letters O; along with the scratches in blood running through the background. As well with the glow of red around the text all giving the impression of soldiers at war.



The film 'The Wolfman' uses very simple titles, bold block capital format, with white shading this is to give the effect of the moon; as werewolves only come out on a full moon which is interesting to have added to the titles..As well as having the full moon in the background, with the feel of the forest.
